SAE 100R8 High Pressure Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose
SAE 100R8 high pressure thermoplastic hydraulic hose is used in nonconductive applications where there is potential of contacting with high voltage sources, such as blowout preventers, lube lines and construction machinery. It is used for petroleum based and synthetic hydraulic fluids with temperature ranging from -40 °C to 212 °C, which will not cause tube failure.
The structure of SAE100R8 high-pressure resin hose consists of an inner layer of thermoplastic polyester material, a reinforcement layer of two-layer compression resistant synthetic fiber, an outer layer of black polyurethane, and a surface with micro pinhole marks in white. Additionally, there are double row pipes available for selection.
Suitable for conveying various media such as medium pressure hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, phosphate ester chemicals, water, water-based chemicals, and industrial gases. Due to the material properties of its inner and outer layers, it can come into contact with various substances of different properties to ensure normal transport function. It can be used in hydraulic elevators, agricultural and construction machinery, where it is responsible for conveying hydraulic oil and providing guarantees for the normal operation of the equipment. For example, in hydraulic elevators, the SAE100R8 hose can stably deliver hydraulic oil to the corresponding components to achieve the lifting function; Ensure the smooth operation of various hydraulic actions in agricultural machinery (such as tractors) and construction machinery (such as cranes, loaders, etc.).
