SAE 100R7 nonconductive thermoplastic hydraulic hose is available for applications where there is potential to contact with high voltage sources. Nylon tube is used in petroleum, water and synthetic based hydraulic fluids for mobile equipment, lube lines, blowout preventers and hydraulic lifts where nonconductive character is necessary.

Tube: Thermoplastic inner tube resistant to hydraulic fluids.
Reinforcement: Reinforced with suitable synthetic fiber.
Cover: A layer of hydraulic fluid and weather resistant thermoplastic.
Color:Black,Red,Yellow,Orange,Blue,Green,White or as request.
Application: Medium pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Meets or exceeds SAE 100R7 requirements. For pneumatic or gaseous systems, use perforated (pin-pricked) hose.
Temperature: -40 °C to +93 °C (-40 °F to +199.4 °F).
Inner Tube: Oil resistant seamless thermoplastic Polyamide (PA) tube.
Reinforcement: one or two layer braided high tensile synthetic fibre.
Cover: Black high abrasion resistant polyurethane.
Color:Black,Red,Yellow,Orange,Blue,Green,White or as request.
Application: Medium pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Meets or exceeds SAE 100R7 requirements. For pneumatic or gaseous systems, use perforated (pin-pricked) hose.
Temperature : -40℃ (-104 ℉ ) to +100℃(+212 ℉)
