Flange dredge hose has been supplied for

the offshore dredging industry with high quality and

reasonable price. The applications for dredging rubber

hose are estuary clearance, beach construction or large

land reclamation and other engineering projects for

port, dock, seawater, silt, sand, discharge flood etc. We

are in the position to build flexible hose with flange end

ranging from 10 inch ID to 52 inch ID. And the available

length is up to 11.8 m. Suction and discharge dredging

hose with flange can be selected as requirements.

Inner tube: Styrene butadiene rubber and chloroprene rubber.

Cover rubber layer: Wear-resistant SBR for cut and abrasion resistance,

or a tough neoprene for salt-water service with added resistance to

ozone and sunlight.

Reinforcement: Steel spiral wire and high tensile fiber reinforced.

Application: The flange discharge hoses are used for silt/gravels

conveyance with dredgers.

Floating dredge rubber hose

Floating dredge rubber hose has been

increasingly used in cutter-suction dredge for land reclamation or transportation of oil and gas on the sea.

Well abrasion-resistant discharge hose, closed PE foam cell and reinforced rubber shell contributes to a reliable floating hose. The inner hose is fabricated by SBR which has excellent resistance against abrasive materials and corrosive chemicals. Outer layer protects the hose from damage by sea water corrosion and ozone degradation. Foam is designed to provide buoyance and can withstand huge impact on rough sea.

Characteristics: Flexible, resists abrasion and laceration, resistant to sea water, anti-wave, wear resistance, aging resistance.

Temperature range: -20 °C to +80 °C.

Safety factor: 1:3.

Hose Lining: NR, SBR, BR.

Reinforcement layer: Tire cord with helix wire.

Cover rubber layer: SBR and CR blend.
