The oil pump is driven by the motor to output hydraulic oil, pushing the plunger in the crimping cylinder forward, so that the two inner cone sleeves on the plunger and the front cylinder cover push the die seat with symmetrical cones to contract radially, realizing the crimping of the module on the hose. When the shrinkage reaches the scale setting value, the crimping stops automatically. After the electromagnetic reversing valve is reversed, the hydraulic oil enters the two mold opening cylinders, pushing the crimping plunger to move in the opposite direction, and the mold base drives the module to recover under the action of the spring.

The crimping mechanism is the working mechanism of the tube crimping machine. The pressing sleeve realizes reciprocating motion driven by the cylinder piston, and continuously compresses and relaxes the spring pressure head fixed on the front plate. Put the assembled joint into the appropriate position in the middle circular hole of the spring pressure head, start the motor, drive the oil pump to supply oil, and drive the cylinder piston to move forward by controlling the reversal of the electromagnetic reversing valve. Through the pressing sleeve with an inner tapered hole, the spring pressure head with the same taper is pressed to achieve the purpose of pressing. Press the mold opening button, the piston drives the pressing sleeve to move in the opposite direction, and the spring pressure head is restored. At this time, the hose joint can be taken out of the tube crimping machine.
