Manufacturing process of wear-resistant ceramic hose
The wear-resistant ceramic hose is manufactured by self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) centrifugal method. The specific process is to put the steel pipe in the tube mold of the centrifuge, add iron red and the mixture of thermite, when the centrifuge tube mold rotates to a certain speed, a spark ignites the thermite, the thermite immediately burns itself, the combustion wave spreads rapidly, and the violent chemical reaction that occurs during the spread eventually forms special corundum ceramics.
