2. Performance characteristics of suction and drainage hoses

 Working pressure

 The working pressure of general suction and drainage and oil hoses is 1.0 - 1.5MPa (4 times safety factor). The minimum bursting pressure of fiber braided rubber hose is four times the working pressure; the bursting pressure of steel wire skeleton suction and drainage hose is not less than three times the working pressure.

 Medium resistance

 Water delivery performance: Some water delivery hoses are suitable for general water delivery, and the operating temperature is - 20℃ - 45℃; some hoses can deliver water below 100℃, and there are steam hoses suitable for delivering hot water or saturated steam below 170℃.

Oil resistance: There are oil-resistant hoses suitable for conveying conventional petroleum, and there are steel wire suction and drainage hoses made of special synthetic rubber with oil resistance, which can be used to convey engine oil, hydraulic oil, etc., and are suitable for scenes such as engineering machinery, construction, steel mills, oil fields, shipyards, and pipelines.

Dilute acid and alkali resistance: It can convey dilute acid and alkali solutions with a concentration of less than 40%, and is used at a temperature of - 20℃ - 45℃.

Other media: There are air hoses suitable for conveying compressed air and inert gases (- 20℃ - 45℃); sandblasting hoses suitable for air pressure sandblasting, rust removal and grinding on metal surfaces; food delivery and suction hoses that can be used to discharge liquids such as beer, beverages, and cooking oil at room temperature, and the taste and color will not change, and meet the food rubber hygiene requirements.

3. Application scenarios of suction and drainage hoses

Industrial field

In factories, it can be used for the suction and discharge of various liquids. In engineering construction, it can be used for drainage operations on construction sites and water transportation during concrete mixing. In mining, it is used for drainage during mining and for conveying some neutral liquids. In the metallurgical industry, for example, in steel mills, it can be used for some production-related liquid conveying or discharge work.

Agricultural field

It can be used for water delivery during farmland irrigation, and in some agricultural processing enterprises, it can be used for liquid conveying during agricultural product processing, such as drainage after raw material cleaning in food processing plants.
