The Offshore Oil Suction and Discharge Bunkering Rubber Hose exceeds the basic requirements of all
International rules because their construction is a direct derivate of
designs, technology and quality control procedures used in the building
of marine hoses for offshore application, with long operational life and
total environmental safety in mind.
It is used for crude oil and liquid petroleum products delivery to tankers
and bunkering vessels. Max 55% aromatic content resistance. Electrically
continuous (discontinuous on request).Hard wall hose, flexible, used for heavy duty suction and discharge of oil, fuel and petroleum
from tankers to barge, bunkering services and industrial application with aromatic content up
to 50%, excluding oils with esther base.
Inner Tube: Black color of special NBR compound. Fuel resistance.
Cover: Black color of NBR blend compound. Oil, abrasion and weather resistance.
Safe factory: 4:1.
Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high tensile synthetic cord and supported with helix wire.
Embedded with antistatic copper wire.
Temperature: -20 °C to +100 °C .
