Email:manager@jiuyiflex.com Flexible Braided metal hose,Heavy wall flexible hoses are strongly recommended for high pressure applications where require long cycling life accompanied with great flexibility.
Unbraided, single and double braided hoses are at stock. Unbraided corrugated hose is sufficient for vacuum applications without requirement of inside pressure. Braided hose are designed for providing protection from high pressure of outer space.
T321 and T316 share some common properties, such as maintaining good performance at extreme temperatures up to 572 °F (300 °C). However, as to corrosive resistance, especially for chlorine environments, T316 should be the premier choice.
Inner tube: SS304 or SS316 or stainless steel 321.
Reinforcement: 1 or 2 stainless steel 304 braided layers.
Working pressure: 200-3250 psi.
Working temperature: from -280 °C to 420 °C.
Advantages of metal hoses
1. High temperature and high pressure resistance: Metal hose can withstand up to 1000 pounds/square inch of pressure, can withstand high temperature and high pressure liquid, will not break or leak oil.
2. Corrosion resistance: The surface of the metal hose is covered with chromium or nickel and other anti-corrosion layers, which can resist acidic and alkaline chemical corrosion to ensure the long-term stable use of the pipeline.
3. Easy installation: The metal hose can be customized according to needs, and the length and shape can be adjusted at will, which can meet the needs of different models and is easy to install.
4. Easy maintenance: the metal hose has a long service life and is not easy to damage, which can effectively reduce the loss of the tubing and reduce the number of replacements, thus reducing the maintenance cost.
In short, the metal hose plays an indispensable role in the oil system. Its application can effectively improve the service life of the tubing, ensure the healthy operation of the oil system, and be more stable and reliable. There are also fewer cases of oil leaks rupturing.
